What you are listening to right now is the latest record in the Posset Teenage Virus series. Its number three to be exact.

But what’s the Teenage Virus series I hear you blab? Well then...the Teenage Virus records have been made especially to give away to friends who I don’t see that often. Folk who live in different cities or different countries. We might meet up at a music festival (to be honest I don’t really leave the house for anything other than music events these days) but it’s the festival that tends to bring fair folk from further afield. And when we do meet we want to catch up, shoot the breeze and ask what we’ve been up to. Well this record is one of the things I’ve been up to; twenty nine minutes of hinky dictaphone jam, vocal huffs and tape jiggery.

A few notes. The first two Teenage Virus discs were made in 2013 and 2019 for TUSK and Colour out of Space. This record was made for the first Boundaries Festival in November 2021 and handed out to people I met. I'm delighted to be able to share this with you, my dear listener, via wires full of electronic magic.

Thanks to Broken Shoulder for the Japanese insect/creak/tourist sounds you can hear about three quarters of the way though.
